FISH GRAVY

Fish gravy is a sauce made by combining fish stock or broth with various seasonings and sometimes thickening agents like flour or cornstarch. Fish Gravy It is typically used as a topping or condiment for fish dishes. Fish Gravy  can also be used to add flavor to other dishes like rice or vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp. black pepper corns
  • 10 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • fish (Pieces – 15, I used Sankara Fish)
  • 1 tsp. chilli powder
  • 1 tsp. coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. fenugreek seeds
  • 15 curry leaves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 tsp. chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp. coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 cups hot water
  • 1 cup tamarind pulp
  • coriander leaves
